Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Brazilian breakfast every morning. Rooms are air conditioned but also will ventilated. The owners are very kind and helpful and right next door if there are any problems or if you need anything. The neighborhood is a nice one, close to a supermarket and various restaurants as well as a pharmacy. The pool and sauna are available for all to use, as are the two kitchens, churrascaria, and living area. The jacuzzi is part of the large suite on the top floor, which has a nice view. There is also a jacuzzi tub on the second floor that goes with one of the smaller rooms. Free WiFi is available. Laundry facilities, too. This is where I will stay every time I visit Mococa!

Clean, quiet, good location, owners are friendly, helpful and on-site at least once a day. Price is very reasonable.

The scent of the toilet deodorizer is very strong, but I just kept the bathroom door shut. Expect to wait a while for hot water in the shower unless it's later in the day.
